Recovery cOACHING  hOME

CaliSober House offers a transformative 60-day sober coaching experience rooted in the spiritually inclusive and trauma-informed CaliSober model. This peer-led, non-clinical program supports individuals in rewiring survival patterns, processing trauma, and creating healthy, sustainable habits. With an optional 30-day aftercare phase, participants continue to receive structured support as they transition into greater independence. The program includes weekly coaching, somatic practices, recovery literature, plant medicine education (non-administered), and spiritual exploration—all designed to meet clients where they are and empower holistic growth.

Clients journey through five powerful phases: Stabilization & Grounding, focusing on nervous system regulation and self-assessment; Emotional Healing, including somatic work and shadow integration; Spiritual Awakening, offering optional psychedelic preparation and purpose alignment; Integration & Action, centered around goal setting, identity rebuilding, and relapse prevention; and finally, Aftercare, with bi-weekly check-ins, service work, and transition planning.
